Refund Policy

Summary

If you request a refund during your active subscription, we calculate it fairly based on:

  • How many days you have used, and
  • How many AI credits you have used.

We calculate both values and refund the lower amount.

If you have used 75% or more of your included AI credits, no refund will be issued.

1. General Principle

Paid subscription plans may be eligible for a partial refund if a refund request is submitted during the active subscription period.

Refunds are calculated on a pro rata basis, taking into account both:

  1. the number of days elapsed in the subscription period; and
  2. the number of AI credits consumed.

The refundable amount equals the lower of:

  • the remaining time value; and
  • the remaining unused credit value.

2. Refund Calculation Method

Let:

P = subscription price paid
D_total = total subscription duration (days)
D_used = number of days elapsed at refund request
C_total = total AI credits included
C_used = number of AI credits consumed

Step 1 — Time-Based Remaining Value

Days remaining = D_total − D_used

Time-based refundable amount = P × ((D_total − D_used) / D_total)

Step 2 — Usage-Based Remaining Value

Credits remaining = C_total − C_used

Usage-based refundable amount = P × ((C_total − C_used) / C_total)

Step 3 — Final Refund Amount

Refund amount = min(
P × ((D_total − D_used) / D_total),
P × ((C_total − C_used) / C_total)
)

The lower value applies.

All refunds are rounded down to the nearest cent.

3. No-Refund Threshold

No refund will be issued once 75% or more of the included AI credits have been consumed.

Formally:

If (C_used / C_total) ≥ 0.75 Then
Refund = 0.

4. Example Calculation

Plan details:

Price: 8 USD

Duration: 30 days

Included credits: 30 CV generations

Refund request submitted after:

D_used = 14
C_used = 20

Step 1 — Time-Based Calculation

P × ((D_total − D_used) / D_total) = 8 × ((30 − 14) / 30)
P × ((D_total − D_used) / D_total) = 8 × (16 / 30)
P × ((D_total − D_used) / D_total) = 8 × 0.5333
P × ((D_total − D_used) / D_total) = 4.27 USD

Step 2 — Usage-Based Calculation

P × ((C_total − C_used) / C_total) = 8 × ((30 − 20) / 30)
P × ((C_total − C_used) / C_total) = 8 × (10 / 30)
P × ((C_total − C_used) / C_total) = 8 × 0.3333
P × ((C_total − C_used) / C_total) = 2.67 USD

Step 3 — Final Refund

Refund = min(4.27, 2.67)

Final refund amount: 2.67 USD

5. Additional Conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted before the expiration of the applicable subscription term.
  • Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the official support channel made available on the Platform. Requests submitted through unofficial or third-party channels may not be processed.
  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
  • A refund request implies cancellation of the ongoing subscription term. Upon approval and processing of the refund, the subscription will be terminated and access to the Service will be discontinued.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval. The actual receipt of funds may depend on the user’s payment provider or financial institution and is outside the Company’s control.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the user, including any discounts, promotional pricing, or special offers applied at the time of purchase.
  • Only one refund request is permitted per subscription term.
  • No refund will be issued for free trial periods. If a subscription converts from a free trial to a paid plan, the paid plan will be subject to this Refund Policy.
  • No refund will be issued for subscription periods that have already expired at the time of the refund request.
  • No refund will be issued if the account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company through the official support channel may result in immediate suspension of the account and restriction of future access to the Service.
  • The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or repeated attempts to circumvent this Refund Policy.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations.
When updates occur, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and notify users on our website or by email when appropriate.
